In all of our endeavors, young people are put in support and leadership positions. Their enthusiasm, non-conformity and innovative thinking allow Diplomatic Gateways to operate with dynamic relevance that is applicable to the perpetuity of African infrastructure.
We focus on causing awareness of various industrial sectors and related career options; business start-up education and assistance; unbiased news about African economics, government and social affairs; political avenues and self-advocacy and more!
We not only bring awareness of these, Diplomatic Gateways completely exposes the methods to achieving participation in and the sustainability of these areas to children as young as six years!
We believe that youth have intrinsic value and are vital to the renaissance of African communities worldwide. Though Diplomatic Gateways engages in a variety of commercial and social opportunities, our greatest investment is in human capital - the untapped wealth of African minds. We can accomplish anything that we agree to accomplish.

New Beginning Mentality© addresses the forged delinquency of our youth, as a majority of the youth in American prisons are African-American. The work of the NBM program teaches the proper initiation and maintenance of family relations, spiritual leadership, responsible citizenry, including home and entrepreneurial economics. In the past it was provided to youth who are already in prison. We are now, however, including those youth who have been in some way affected by imprisonment, whether on their way to prison or just released into society. This program changes lives.
It is administered via print publications, mentorship and real world "knowledge festivals". Give our contact information to a young person who's under some type of "criminal justice" supervision, or share with us a young person's contact information and we'll take it from there! All you do is listen to their excited testimonies of reformation and hope.
The Michael Ray Dawkins Emerging World Leaders Conference© is a global international leadership conference for at-risk males. In the MR-DEWL program, we expose youth to leadership principles and opportunities in every social and commercial sector. They are groomed with impeccable information, company tours, travel to African nations, participation in panel discussions, executive meetings and international youth forums and are guided into chosen life paths and careers. Youth involved in this program are groomed solely for leadership positions in government, economics, trade and social matters.
A church, civic group or other individual or entity may sponsor an at-risk young person for this program at $10,000 per youth. We will soon make fellowships available for the MR-DEWL program.
