At the tender age of three years old, the Lord, Jesus Christ filled Telhare'sha: Dawkins with His Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. At seven years old, she was baptized in Jesus name. Telhare'sha is the wife of Michael: Dawkins and has, since her infilling, walked with God, nurtured into a dynamic and passionate oracle who penetratingly delivers unique and multi-dimensional revelations of the Holy Scriptures. Receiving the clear call of God, at age twelve, to be a Prophet, Telhare'sha exercises the words of wisdom and knowledge, gifts of discernment, prophecy, healing, divers tongues and interpretation of tongues, as well as other spiritual gifts. She enjoys teaching, focusing on Church government, correction of erroneous & false doctrine, maturity, obedience (discipline & holiness) and soul-winning.

Endowed also with the ministries of intercession, helps and administrations, she is the founder and Protector of The-Matthias-Group (TMG) ministerial Trust, an international human rights advocacy group, Christian ministry and education alliance. Its commission reaches into the loneliest corners of American prisons and the forgotten hideouts of gangs, offering Bible instruction, business aid and information, and legal & political advocacy to these ostracized populations. Since 1994 (upon receiving an open vision for the start-up of The-Matthias-Group), Prophetess Dawkins has led and continues to spearhead the Trust's operations.

In addition, Mrs. Dawkins is the CEO of Diplomatic Gateways, a non-profit company providing career services and global economic education to marginalized youth and their communities. As a provider of business products, education and consultations, Diplomatic Gateways has assumed much of The-Matthias-Group's former functions, training and equipping small businesses and grassroots organizations for the proper establishment of general business, agricultural, banking, medical and liberation endeavors in African communities. Its role as a governmental consultant offers unprecedented economic and judicial sovereignty strategies to the executive and judicial branches of African governments.
Mrs. Dawkins is regularly commissioned to teach private sovereign law classes; has authored a first and second edition book entitled For The Absolute-Power: Truth, a unique study of international law and banking and judicial fraud in America; and has also written Betach, an introduction to offshore trusts. She is currently working on a film, a couple of books and is, along with her husband, planning to start several more companies.
Prophetess Telhare'sha is a wife, an author, entrepreneur, advocate, a teacher, a poet and lyricist, a prophet . . . . but, most of all, she is God's servant and friend.
Invitations requesting Prophetess Dawkins' participation in your church/youth event, seminar/conference, business event or other function should consist of these: a letter of invitation, proposed itinerary, follow-up phone calls and the payment of related expenses. She asks for no monetary compensation for Church events.
